Why hasn't my package arrived?
Please be patient and check out the estimated times below (12-20 days for U.S.). Sometimes elongated delivery times are out of our control. Our mission is to get your items to you expediently. If you are concerned about your items always feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org on our contact us page and we will do everything we can to assist.
Estimated shipping times:
a) United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, France, Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia/New Zealand ~ 6 to 20 business days.
b) Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and to all other countries ~ 20 to 35 business days.
c) Lebanon, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Kuwait, Russia, South Africa ~ 20 to 45 business days.
Express Shipping by DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS or equivalent (6-14 days):
If you need your stuff AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, send an E-mail to email@example.com IMMEDIATELY after placing your order. We will do our best to give you a quote and invoice to expedite your items. Understand that this comes with a price. Shipping express costs approximately US$30-$50 per item (depending on location).
Order Processing Times:
Please note that order processing time must be added on to shipping times, to get the total time taken for you to receive an order upon placing it. Order processing time is between 1-2 business days, and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch.
After the order has been processed, we cannot do anything to cancel the order nor are we responsible to reimburse you for that order...sorry! They're just burners anyways right?
Orders that are unable to be delivered:
Check, double check, and while you're at it triple check your address when you place an order. All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because of customer error when you placed your order, will also not be the responsibility of the team members here at LV Burners.
I only received one of my items! Why!? Where are my other items?
Please do not worry! In order to save you money on shipping, we do sometimes ship orders in multiple or separate packages. This is due to weight restrictions and to facilitate faster shipping once an item is located in our warehouse. If this does happen, however, contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll look into the issue.
Your burners are on it's way! Once your order is marked as "shipped" in our system, our database gets updated with your online tracking number. The LV Burners team will then send you an email with the online tracking information which you can use to track your package. This process could take 3-5 business days. If 6 business days has passed and you still have not received this E-mail from us, send us an E-mail at email@example.com or slide into our Instagram DM at @lvburners.
